How to remove Hire Car?

### Current Behavior

I suspect you will tell me to ask on the Home Assistant forums, but thought I'd ask here first.

I recently had a courtesy car from Tesla and it has appeared in my home assistance and I can't see how to remove it. I have disabled it, but I want to remove it.

I don't really want to remove and re-add the integration. Too much ties into the exact entity names etc.

I would expect to able to remove a device.
