[Bug]: I'm not able to authenticate anymore

### Describe the bug

I'm not able to authenticate anymore. Even if I follow the procedure of 2SV and the code, after I login into the page I have a message "There's a problem" and the integration won't configure. It started when the working integration, after a restart, asked to reauthenticate. I tried both reauthenticate and remove/add the integration.
