[Bug]: stopping Media does Not reliably Work

### Describe the bug

Since the newest Updates the stopping of Media via an Automation doesn't reliably Work.

It did Work for months and now this week twice it didnt Work.
It might also be related to HA Update, but im Not Sure how to Check that.

Automation using Media stop

It should Stop.
