weird interior cell load freezes

So... SkyrimVR, if the crash logger is enabled, the game randomly freezes on interior cell loading. (I tried the Markarth inn, the easiest place to reproduce the bug, guess cuz there are a lot of NPCs inside? idk - just go in and out of it several times, sometimes 2 times is enough, sometimes 30.) The game window freezes on a black screen right after loading (on a flat screen it says not responding), but the music still plays. If I disable the crash logger, the freezes disappear.

idk which exception CL tries to catch cuz with it dissabled I'm not getting nor freeze nor crash.
PS. there is no actuall crash log cuz game isn't crashing, it just deadlocks on cell load, so I just attached to process in VS (after freeze) and tried to get at least some info from threads stacks
PS2. I'm not 100% sure that CL is culprit or it actually tries to catch some skyrim/plugin exception and fails.
