Update OMOP tutorial to use `row_generators`

Description
At the moment, the OMOP tutorial refers to the old `custom_generators` and `custom_generators_module` but these have been renamed to `row_generators` and `row_generators_module`.
Please also check whether these need to be updated anywhere else in the docs.
