Bootstrap some plots

I imagine when iterating quickly, we may want to make some summary plots for particular timestamps etc. We could probably take some of the stuff in the notebooks and make methods that take advantage of the strict model definition to plot output forecasts over the horizon, given a starting t0. More ideas welcome!

Start by reviewing the existing notebooks and the strict model definition to identify the plotting code and forecast inputs already available. Define the smallest useful set of methods for plotting output forecasts from a starting t0 over the horizon, then confirm the plots work for particular timestamps and are covered by the project's existing checks.
