Add headers to more pages

### Summary

Some pages (specifically the _Shared Stories_ and _My Stories_ pages) have bright, bold headers. It's not clear whether having the header just on these pages is a design choice or an accident of evolutionary.

It might be nice to have similar headers on other pages.
