Implement random selection function

Implement the random selection button.

1. Grabs latitude and longitude from geolocation
2. Searches all places near that location
3. Ranks each one based on popularity based on current time, and average review rank (the average of the sums should be good enough for now).
4. Selects the best ranked business, adds it to current selected plan.
