Incompatibility with Sable and Create Aeronautics

**Summary**
Ledge grab does not work on sub-level. Vault does not work on sub-level. The sub-level is treated as an entity and not blocks, even though it is composed of blocks.

**Running Environment**
+ Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
+ ParCool Version: 3.4.3.3 NF
+ Forge Version (optional): Neoforge

**Detail**
The sub-levels (create aeronautics machines) cannot be detected by the mod as blocks. Would it please be possible to add support? Should this also be requested on Simulated Team's end?

You could also consider supporting Create mod rope as a zipline to ride down on, and add an option to only allow going down ziplines whilst holding a Wrench.
