Disable elytra during parcool movement when using caelus api

Description
There seems to be an incompatibility between caelus api and parcool. Whenever a jumping related action is performed, you are instead launched up with your elytra then enabled.
I think it would be cool if a config was added to disable elytra actions during (and maybe half a second after) parcool actions are performed.
