Incompatible with Feathers Armor System

**Summary**
Parcool does not confirm that the player has enough non-armor feathers to perform an action.

**Running Environment**
+ Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
+ ParCool Version: 3.3.1.0

**Detail**
1. Install both ParCool and Feathers.
2. Change the stamina option to feathers in the config.
3. Equip enough armor that the available stamina falls under the cost of a specific action.
4. That action can still be performed. Moreover, it suddenly costs no stamina.

**Additional Data**
Here, I have equipped a combination of armors to limit my stamina to a single feather. Yet, I can still perform the 800 stamina cat leap while consuming no stamina. Without the armor, stamina is consumed as expected.
