Snackbar/Toast component

## 🚀 Feature Proposal

SnackBar (or equivalent for displaying status info, not sure a general name for this (I think its called Toast?) ) component.

## Motivation

Very common need in most apps to show status/ error relating to an action.

## Example

E.g. Press Sign in > Sign in fails > Show helpful error message.

I see this was mentioned in some issues, but creating an issue here to request.
