Indicating the next and previous pages of a ViewPager

## Proposal

Adding arrows or progress bar to indicate there is a page before or after in ViewPager to make the UX more comfortable.

## Motivation

Users tend to miss the content as they might not know there exist further pages

## Use Cases

This feature will be really helpful in case the developer wants to switch from tabs to ViewPager. It will also come in handy in case of a lot of pages.
