Fix grids to be compatible with new angular versions

### Issue description

**Current behavior:**
Current grid solutions in ngx-admin not compatible with latest angular versions. Updates have been done to make things compatible with angular 12, but the grids have not been touched since angular 8, forcing us to explore alternatives from nebular and ngx-admin

**Expected behavior:**
Ability to install ngx-admin and use smart-grid

**Steps to reproduce:**
install ngx-admin on angular 13+
observe how smart-grid doesn't even install due to dependency issues
