Cant set a timepicker as disabled / readonly

Hi guys, first of all, im loving the theme, great work, however...

I am using this timepicker directive but cant figure out how to deactivate it, i guess its not possible,

Is there a way i can make it disabled or readonly in certain cases? Thanks
