Reduse size of build:prod

Id like to know what is all the svg, woff2, and all the files that is not .js/.css that in the dist folder?
I delete all and i have only two error in network tab in chrom dev window.
So do we need all those files?

Another question is about the theam, Is it possible to load only the defoult theam and remove all others completly from the project?

Id like the build:prod size to be minimal as possiblle
