Template chooser right side menu

Hi guys and girls,

I just did a fresh install (from latest master) and the gear on the right is not showing so i can not choose another layout or LTR like in the online demo.

Some guidance is really appreciated.

Edit: I see already.

You removed the theme settings component and also the sample layout starting from V4 and the demo version is not the same as master.
