Very slow speed based on Googles Pagespeed Insights

### Issue description
Ngx admin dashboard is too slow according to pagespeed insights

As a result my app [6figr.com](url) which uses ngx admin also has a bad speed rating according to google.
Are there any ways to address the issues mentioned in the pagespeed insights and make the app very fast.
