SolarComponent half blank pie chart when hovering

### Issue description

**Current behavior:**
When hovering on the pie chart (echarts) of the SolarComponent in Light or Corporate theme the non-compliant (28% in the example) part become blank. I don't think this is an intended behavior (Cosmic theme have a slight color change). Regardless of this matter, I noticed the chart is configured to show two pies one on top of the other. If it's not for styling purposes I guess it's unnecessary.

**Expected behavior:**
Hovering shouldn't blank the pie. Consider making a highlight effect.
