The sample layout sass needs rethinking as it using the deprecated `/deep/` construct.
> src/app/@ngx-admin/@theme/layouts/sample/sample.layout.scss
There is nothing to replace it (assuming the angular team's push for componentisation).
These will need to be moved to a global stylesheet.
