bug reactive form radio button

Your example that is only html/bootstrap works well

If I use Reactive form, I've to add the attribute formControlName="customRadio" with the same value as name attribute.
However, with this attribute, the radio starts fracking out: if i press the any value of radio, the last one switch on and i can't change its value
