More control on paginator

I would manage pagination server side.

Paginator provides to set the pages by itself, but if I have an object with only the elements I want to display, he does not appear.
For example, I have pageIndex, pageSize, count and data. If I want to display only 10 elements and from server arrive 10 items, paginator does not appear.

I wanted to ask if more directives can be made public in order to have more freedom and to be able to manually set the page, the number of elements, the length and the various triggers
