export class QueryEncoder | Unexpected token export

I'm using angular 2 with webpack. I can't use this smart table component, just because when I import this module, I have a runtime error which fails on url_search_params.ts:27 with an error message: "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token export". Could you help me, what I do wrong, or maybe is some bug.
