__extends undefined on fresh install

Hello guys,

I did a fresh install following this tutorial: https://akveo.github.io/ng2-smart-table/demo

All is well compiling but on execution I got a:
local.data-source.js:8 Uncaught ReferenceError: __extends is not defined(…)

But following your demo example I'm not even defining any local data source class yet, (I'm just at the point when we are using an array of data)
