Why event create is restricted to external mode?

Hello there,

I was struggle with the restriction of Event Emitter create.
I don't know why its only for `external` mode.

My use case is to intercept when inline create mode are enable for change the settings object.
by removing some columns where there are only projection of other columns and not a value to create.

I can perform this using create and confirmCreate event.
