Actualize row with external form

Hi,
I've an external form from the table with inputs that change when you click on a row. My problem is that i want to update rows with this form, when I submit my datas, it changes correctly ( the list i'm using as 'source' has the correct datas ). But the thing is the table which doesn't actualize and still show old datas. Maybe it's because it only takes datas from the "original" inputs ? Anyone has an idea of how i can do ?
