Let's say I have custom input editor `CustomEditor` class, which extends `DefaultEditor`:
`export class CustomEditor extends DefaultEditor`
Is there a way to make this custom editor used by default with every `ng2-smart-table` instance, unless specified otherwise? If not, I request a feature to make it possible. =)
