[Menu] Link on menu item with children

### Issue description

**Current behavior:**

If a menu item has children then the "link" has no function.

**Expected behavior:**

If a link in the parent is set I would expect that the router will got to that link if clicked and not just open the sub menu.

Is there currently a way to achieve that?
