NbStepper step to show at bottom of the steps

This is an enhancement request. If there was an option to move the stepper selector to the bottom of the steps for horizontal, it would be the most perfect stepper there is. Most steppers lack this as having it in the bottom is not something that used regularly, but can be aesthetically pleasing in certain conditions. Also I haven't tested it, but does the vertical stepper selector moves to right for RTL languages?
