Null Injector Error NbFocusMonitor

Hello,

I have recently come across this error when using the chat module. I have been able to easily resolve it by importing NbA11yModule in the root of my application. The module which this error originated was being lazy loaded. In angular 8 I wasn't seeing this error. However, after upgrading to 9 this error occurred and seems to require the cdk import.
