Template based popover with internal select closes on selection

### Issue description

**Current behavior:**
If in a popover template based and triggered by click is placed a select component, on selecting an option closes the popover

**Expected behavior:**
popover should remain opened if click happens inside of it

**Steps to reproduce and related code:**
