Ionicons v5 with nebular

### Issue description

**Current behavior:**
Nebular works with ionicons < 4.5

**Expected behavior:**

Works with version > 4.5 (In my case 5), I think the key is registerSvgPack but how I can get all the svgs from node_modules ?

**Steps to reproduce:**

Try to use ionicons v5
