Dynamically create steps inside stepper and programmatically move to next step

Could someone please guide me on how to create steps dynamically within a stepper based on the data received from backend. Also how to navigate to the next step programmatically using next() and previous() methods. Because I want to navigate to the next step only if a process is completed.
