Feature Request for future Nebular releases

### Feature Request
I have always been an ardent fan of Nebular. That said, I would definitely like to see it grow rich in features , hence in my opinion it would be nice to have following components in Nebular (in addition to my earlier request #1070 :
**For UI**:
* Slider and range slider similar to [material slider](https://material.angular.io/components/slider/examples)
* Tag Label and Pill label similar to [Semantic ui](https://semantic-ui.com/elements/label.html) incidentally, semantic ui label also supports ribbon mentioned in #1070
* Enhanced List/infinite list that returns selected item similar to [Primeng](https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/listbox)
* Data grid view similar to [primeng](https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/dataview)

**For Dashboard**:
This I believe is the goal in longer run as per documentation of Nebular
* Configurable dashboard(s) (json formated configuration files), which can be pushed from server, configuration file would have component placement and data connection details, nebular framework would then render the components with data
* Resizable and drag dropable components for dashboard
