Specific characters not displaying

I just added a new page following tutorial. The title (in the menu and in the page content) is "Rôles", but specific characters like ô, or é è ï are not displaying correctly.

I also tried to change encoding the UTF-8 Unicode but nothing changed

Any ideas ?
