Integrating BlurAdmin With Struts2 Existing Project

I have spend time google to find out the best way to have the beautiful dashboard work with Struts 2 a java framework. I want to have struts as the back-end and have a clear separation of the two but still have then in the same root folder.

Any heads up on the same will help. I have gone through all related issues. SO when I did the gulp build to generate release, I am just wondering where the src folder contents go to especially the ones that I have developed already.
