Blur-admin-1.3.1 don't have data in it's files in it ??

I mean To say is that when I am downloading blur-admin-1.3.1 files it in not have any files, or if may be i am wrong! then please help me for getting proper download for this particular theme

For information i am want to run this theme by express, so i got an issue [249](https://github.com/akveo/blur-admin/issues/249) for how to Integrating blur-admin into an existing node.js server public folder but when i am to dowload [Blur-admin 1.3.1](http://akveo.github.io/blur-admin/downloads/blur-admin-1.3.1.zip)

Then any how i am getting files with no codes inside those files

Please Help me to Over come this
