Loading a subpage from the report

I have a requirement as below.

I have a report say "employees" which I'm able to load by adding to the sidebar. Now, in the report page I have a button "Add" which should launch "Add Employee" page. I'm unable to do that currently. Please help me with a solution to do this. When I click "Add" I'm able to see the title of the "Add Employee" form but the form is not loaded. Still it's showing the tabular data. Please see the attached images.
