How to hide or show links according to Role

Hi,
How can I hide or show links or sub-links from left panel according to role of the user. For ex- admin user can see every links but normal User should not see all the links as the user is not authorized to access some links .
As the left links are dynamically created how can we show or hide the links as per the role of the user.
