Blur admin works fine, but few of the features doesn't works in IE,IE-11,
footer is not working if its position is relative and overlaps the content of the page.
Tried solution position:absolute, bottom :0px, . makes the footer at bottom page(fixed) but , not relative,(relative works as per height of content
