Consolidate Email Notifications for Initial Infrastructure Connection

When a system first connects to the Aktin infrastructure, the initial pull operation retrieves multiple data requests simultaneously. Currently, this process generates separate email notifications for each data request, resulting in a flood of emails that users find disruptive and overwhelming.

Instead of sending individual emails for each data request during the initial connection, the system should aggregate all requests into a single consolidated email. This email would contain a comprehensive list of all necessary actions and data requests that need attention. The regular notification system can remain unchanged for subsequent operations after the initial connection is established.
