CDA Import leads to Problems in report generation

When importing CDA it can happen that when generating a monthly report, it will terminate with _Exception: Patient w/o ID_. The reason has not been found yet. It is likely a CDA update action that leads to this error. When removing the cases around that time and re-importing those cases, the error persists. When setting up a new DWH and importing the cases since that timeframe, the error does not occur.
