Build the frontend for sending AKTIN support tickets via #98
* Add Support button to header with label and tooltip: "Problem melden oder Feedback an den AKTIN-Support senden"
* Create dedicated, deep-linkable feedback page
* Visible and editable pre-filled context fields (collapsible)
* Mandatory multi-line free-text field with placeholder
* Read-only log preview (collapsible) with opt-in checkbox
* Privacy notice: "Bitte geben Sie keine patientenidentifizierenden oder personenbezogenen Daten ein."
* Disable submit button during processing and show success confirmation
