Redesign CDA Import Status

> 3. Import statistics appear to exist (table loads with data), but "Letzter fehlgeschlagener Import:", "Importiert:", "Aktualisiert:", "Ungültig:", "Fehlgeschlagen:" do not have any values associated with them. Also, in case no data is found/exists, there should be a placeholder.
> 4. "Letzter erfolreicher Import:" has the placeholder "01.01.1970, 01:00:00". Using a non-datetime placeholder is probably preferable because it is more obvious if there was never a successful import. Also, the datetime placeholder might suggest to the average user that there was a successful import but that there is an error in our software which causes a faulty timestamp to be displayed.
