Add ssl configuration option for apache2

Some customers want to integrate SSL certificates into the DWH. The Apache httpd container is the public-facing reverse proxy and needs to be updated to support this. This feature should allow users to optionally enable SSL and provide their certificate files. The entire configuration should be managed via the docker-compose.yml file.
