Set Up a Comprehensive Test Database for DWH with Realistic Test Patients

To support accurate testing and development, we need a robust test database for the Data Warehouse (DWH). This test database should contain realistic, representative test data that covers typical use cases and data structures, including a variety of patient records to ensure thorough testing of all fields and P21 linkage capabilities.

- ~1000 Test Patients Covering All Fields:
- Create an additional 1,000 test patients with data populating all relevant fields.
- Cover edge cases and ensure representation across all fields in the DWH schema.

- ~200 Realistic Test Patients for P21 Linkage:
- Generate approximately 200 patient records that closely simulate real-world data.
- Ensure data is structured to support testing of P21 linkage functionality.
