Add non interactive option to docker delete script

## Background

For deleting case data from a Docker Data Warehouse a bash script has been written ("docker_delete_encounters.sh") to safely delete encounters. The script is interactive to make it easier for non-IT users to delete encounters, but would fail inside a pipeline because of needed user input.

## Task

Add an alternative way to execute the same script, but non-interactive so a pipeline could run the script as well

For that:
- [ ] Set up the Repository
- [ ] read the script and try to understand what it does.
- [ ] Plan the new feature (for example: you could differentiate by giving different number of parameters on execution)
- [ ] Code the new feature
- [ ] Create a pull request
