[BUG]: Update CDN Versions of Tailwind CSS to avoid Loading Errors in Respective Browsers

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/'
2. Click on **'Any Image OR Other Styled Content and Inspect It'**
3. Scroll down to **'Styles Option in Console OR Edit CSS details in Any Code Editors'**
4. See error in **Browser Console.**
