Add a description section in donate section .

**Describe the bug**
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The donate section does not have description of the pet page. The description of the pet is important as sometime pet can have same color, size and breed to bifurcate and differentiate between them. It is just optional section the owner to give specific details. The description includes pet age, what he eats, his unique feature and so on.

**Expected behavior**

Here is the sample UI/UX This section will be added just after pet breed to briefly describe the pet.
