The navbar UI for the home page is not good

**Describe the bug**
The UI of navbar for the home page is not good, the height is too long which covers a major portion of screen while scrolling down, the font size is too big and the tabs are not align properly.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Home page'
2. See the navbar
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
The heigth should be reduced so that it doesn't take away a major portion of screen.
The font size and alignment should be done properly so that the navbar at home page look good.
